Job Description
We are hiring a Dispatcher to coordinate tow trucks and mobile mechanics in a fast-paced service environment. This role manages incoming calls, dispatches drivers, and keeps jobs moving safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Answer calls from customers and law enforcement requesting towing or roadside service Create and manage service calls in dispatch software Dispatch drivers and technicians based on location, urgency, and availability Communicate job details, updates, and pricing to drivers and customers Track jobs and fleet activity through dispatch and GPS systems Document service details, billing info, and job notes accurately Maintain clear communication with drivers throughout service calls What We're Looking For Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail Customer service mindset Must have: Personal experience dispatching Tow Drivers and Mobile Recovery Drivers Experience Invoicing Towing Experience using systems like Towbook, Samsara Schedule Full-time (40+ hours/week) Hiring for 8p-6a-Monday-Friday-2 weekend days a month Work Environment Office-based dispatch center supporting towing and mobile repair operations. The role may involve high call volume and urgent service requests.
