Plumbing Dispatcher - Experienced

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher with plumbing/trades knowledge who can keep our schedule running smoothly and deliver a great customer experience.

What You'll Do:

Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments Dispatch plumbers efficiently based on location, urgency, and skillset Adjust schedules in real time for emergency calls and changes Track jobs, technicians, and progress using dispatch software Keep customers informed and provide excellent service from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of dispatching experience (plumbing industry experience required) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Clear, professional communication and customer service skills Geographical familiarity with service area or ability to reach maps Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office, dispatching software and ability to learn new systems quickly Plumbing knowledge or terminology is a strong plus
