Job Description

Job Summary Ideal candidate will be organized & detail oriented. Posess excellent communication skills as you will be our main point of contact with our technicians & clients. You must be able to work effectively in an office setting that at times becomes fast paced and urgency oriented, posess the ability to multitask and come back to tasks after being derailed. You must be adaptable and solution oriented. Posess excellent customer service skills, naturally positive & enthusiastic. Basic computer skills are a must.
Programs used regularly are:
Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Field Edge, Gmail & Google Drive, plus website & general search engine navigation. Ideal candidate will have trades experience/knowledge. We are an HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Home Repair, Insulating Company. You will be responsible for fielding all incoming calls, scheduling, taking service projects from lead intake to completion, managing our maintenance agreements, while providing an exceptional experience for our clients and technicians.
