Data Collection and Analysis:

Manage a significant aspect of environmental impact assessments, such as data analysis, mitigation strategy planning, or report preparation.

Functional Strategy Formation:

Gather information and resources and draft and complete proposals in response to the most-complex bid solicitations, request for proposal, and request for tender to create the best chance of being awarded the contract. May lead a team to develop tenders/proposals and fulfill all process requirements (in terms of deadlines, documentation, etc.) in response to bid solicitations, request for proposal, and request for tender.

Secure Permissions and Consents :

Ensure that relevant permissions and consents are secured for development sites.

Solutions Analysis:

Develop innovative solutions by integrating and analyzing complex and diverse information sources. What you will bring to the team: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or a related field 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Environmental emergency response and preparedness Environmental site assessments and remediation 7+ years of Project Management Experience Track record of revenue growth through Business Development activities Ability to effectively communicate with other technical professionals, clients, and regulatory officials Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, team player and leader Strong mentorship and coaching skills to assist with development of junior staff Strong delegation skills to ensure that emergency projects are staffed and managed appropriately Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time (mostly local, some regional) Being on-call 24/7/365 and respond to call outs and requests for technical assistance during non-routine working hours Strong organizational skills to assist with day-to-day operations of the business and organize logistically complex responses/projects Experienced in emergency preparedness, air monitoring, environmental assessment/sampling, ICS, SCAT, regulatory compliance (PHMSA, EPA, DOT) Experience with railroad, pipeline, and oil & gas related emergencies

$136,000

• 238,000 based on experience and location.
