Emergency Management Specialist:

Response Cadre Include:

• + Willing and able to be on-call for travel within 24 to 72 hours of notice and to remain deployed for at least 30 days anywhere in the United States.

+ An understanding of the emergency management system and how jurisdictions coordinate together during large-scale incidents. + The ability to provide summary products for leadership. + Researching complex issues and presenting outcomes and insights to a supervisor or large audience. + Implementing incident objectives with a diverse set of agencies and stakeholders. + The ability able to remain calm and poised under pressure, work successfully on multiple priorities simultaneously, and remain focused when working under tight deadlines.

• + A bachelor-s degree or a higher level degree.

+ At least five (5) years of professional experience in emergency management or a related field. + The ability to work 12-hour shifts as needed based on the client-s operational tempo. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint). + National Incident Management System (NIMS) Incident Command System (ICS) All-Hazards Position Specific training courses or credentials.

• + Salary Range of $70,000-$110,000.
