Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to serve as Administrative Director for a 13-week assignment. This leadership role is responsible for directing hospital operations during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The Administrative Director oversees inpatient units as well as ancillary and support departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective patient care delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with extensive experience in hospital operations, critical care, emergency response, staffing coordination, conflict resolution, and interdisciplinary leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN License Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher Minimum 3 years of successful nursing leadership experience Experience with conflict resolution and staff management Demonstrated knowledge of acute care hospital operations Experience managing emergency, trauma, and critical care situations Active AHA BLS Certification Active
AHA ACLS
Certification Must have personal transportation
