Job Description

Emergency Transfer Coordinator Oklahoma Trauma Referral Center (TReC) Full-Time | Statewide Healthcare Coordination | Tulsa, Oklahoma The Trauma Referral Center (TReC) is seeking an Emergency Transfer Coordinator to help coordinate critical patient transfers across Oklahoma's trauma system. This role serves as a communications hub between hospitals and EMS agencies to ensure patients reach the right hospital as quickly as possible.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate patient transfers between hospitals and EMS providers. Communicate with healthcare professionals across Oklahoma. Support trauma, emergency, and critical care patient movement. Document transfer activities and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Background:
EMS, dispatch, emergency communications, hospital operations, nursing, or healthcare coordination experience. EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, EMD, RN, or similar healthcare experience preferred. Pay:
$17.25 - $18.50 per hour
