The Office is responsible for supporting the NCUA's personnel security, physical security, continuity of operions, facilities management, emergency management, insider thre, and intelligence programs. As the Director, Office of Continuity and Security Management, you will: Oversee all programs reled to personnel security, physical security, facilities management, emergency management, insider thre, continuity of operions, intelligence, and classified informion. Direct personnel suitability and nional security clearance programs, ensuring compliance with federal investigive standards, HSPD-12, and other security directives while managing clearances, screenings, adjudicions, and appeals. Oversee emergency management and continuity programs, including COOP planning, emergency preparedness, training and exercises, nional-level continuity participion, and coordinion with federal, ste, and local partners. Manage NCUA-owned and leased facilities, lead the accountable property program, and monitor space utilizion.
