Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Firefighter/ Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team in providing high-quality emergency response. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency medicine and Firefighting. Duties Provide immediate medical care to patients in emergency situations, including triage and physical examinations. Drive emergency vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of care provided. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in emergency medicine. Fire suppression duties. Experience Previous experience as an FF/EMT or in a similar role within an emergency medical setting is preferred. Knowledge of emergency medicine protocols, procedures, and equipment is essential. Familiarity with patient care standards, including the ability to perform physical examinations and assess patient needs effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
