Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager that is bilingual in English and Spanish to oversee the maintenance and management of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing various systems and equipment within a facility, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.Duties:
- Maintain and manage all building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly
- Implement and oversee facility improvement projects
- Manage vendor relationships for facility maintenance services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities management with strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in English language and the ability to communicate in Spanish
- Must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position offers the opportunity to lead facility operations, implement improvements, and ensure a safe working environment for all occupants.
