Company Overview Johnson Partners, Inc. is a locally owned and operated franchise dedicated to serving the North Alabama market. With 25 restaurants and over 40 years experience in the area, we pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and engaging Facilities Coordinator to oversee the maintenance team, asset management, and vendor relationships. You will manage our maintenance technicians, assign daily work orders, and serve as the primary point of contact for outside vendors. You will be responsible for keeping our restaurants safe, clean, operational, and welcoming for our guests and crew. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience in facilities management. Duties This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring all building systems are operational. Coordinate projects related to facility upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget. Maintain compliance with restaurant safety standards. Source, vet, and oversee external contractors for specialized work (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing). Audit invoices and verify completed work meets brand standards. Develop and enforce Preventative Maintenance schedules Monitor maintenance expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist leadership with capital expense planning Requirements Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and vendors effectively. Minimum 3-5 years of facility management or maintenance coordination experience, ideally within the quick-service restaurant (QSR), retail, or hospitality industries. Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation . This role requires frequent travel across our 25 North Alabama restaurant locations. Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
