You will utilize your technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to resolve issues efficiently, directly impacting resident satisfaction and property standards. Responsibilities Execute essential repairs across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to maintain operational excellence. Deliver prompt, professional resolutions to resident service requests, fostering a positive living experience. Perform proactive property inspections to identify and mitigate potential maintenance concerns before they escalate. Streamline unit turnover processes by managing painting, cleaning, and necessary repairs for incoming residents. Maintain precise documentation of all completed work orders and inventory usage to ensure operational transparency. Coordinate with property leadership to align maintenance efforts with community improvement goals. Uphold rigorous safety protocols and regulatory compliance during all repair activities. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in residential or facility maintenance. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing 120/208/240/480 voltage systems and HVAC equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs. Preferred Skills Formal technical training or certification in HVAC or related trades. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience utilizing precision tools such as tape measures for accurate installations. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
