U.S. Citizenship required Summary/Objective Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. Essential Functions Coordinate and expedite emergency maintenance for facilities degradations and failures potentially posing imminent danger to personnel, test ranges, facilities, or labs and equipment; and ensure appropriate Work Orders (WO) are completed. Receive and review Minor Service Orders (MSOs) for validity and urgency and prioritize minor facilities material condition or utilities problems to be submitted as MSOs for USAG-R or contractors, and coordinate and monitor actions through resolution. Periodically inspect facilities to determine required maintenance and repairs to prevent future, unscheduled, or emergency maintenance and repairs. Also, analyze MSOs to identify patterns and trends of recurring failures in facilities, and coordinate with facilities personnel to determine facilities features or installed equipment that are reaching thresholds of being beyond further economical repair to plan for timely replacements to maintain uninterrupted operating condition. Support facilities renovations, modifications, or new construction. Collaborate with government leadership and other contract facilities management staff to create and provide complex input to Area Development Plans (ADPs); facilities requirements, plans, and drawings; cost analyses and budget estimates based on mission requirements and past facilities usage. Ensure design requirements are met for all facets, including safety, security, operational functionality, environmental protection, fire prevention, detection and suppression, space allocation, automation, and affordability. Coordinate construction/modification/repair contractors to minimize mission detriment; and monitor progress of facilities modifications, renovations, and construction by contractors to assess schedule performance, and initiate corrective actions as necessary Assist government customer with annual facilities inspections for Installation Status Reports (ISRs). For all planned and unplanned facilities degradations or unavailability, ensure continuity of operations by arranging movement of personnel and equipment to temporary facilities or offices, assist with procurement of temporary structures and equipment; relocate and install office equipment, communications equipment, copiers, and computing systems. Review construction and remodeling projects to assure compliance with facility maintenance standards. Required Education and Experience HS/GED Individual shall possess a minimum of three (3) years' experience in test range and/or facility management activities to include conceptual design, integration, planning, and construction of test stands, pads, buildings, or laboratories.
