Job Description

Vehicle Facilities Coordinator at University of Arkansas - Fayetteville in Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States Job Description The Vehicle Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of the parking control staff, the parking lots, and the parking facilities. Other duties as assigned. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma At least four years of experience in parking control operations Applicable equivalencies may be considered on the above qualifications. At least one year in a supervisory capacity
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution of higher learning At least two years of supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of campus parking rules and regulations Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures Knowledge of parking space requirements and specifications Knowledge of campus parking lots, buildings and facilities Ability to access the parking needs and facilities for the campus Ability to oversee the activities of subordinate employees Ability to plan and outline parking facilities to accommodate patrons Ability to analyze parking control problems and recommend actions Ability to supervise or lead the work of others Ability to perform activities regardless of negative factors or feedback The University of Arkansas is an equal opportunity, affirmative action institution.
