SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse/Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the warehouse and facility, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe processes. This role involves coordinating logistics, inventory management, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The coordinator will collaborate with various departments to support operational goals and improve overall efficiency.
PRIMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments Organize shelves and materials Pull and stage materials for jobs when asked Label and maintain accurate part identification for jobs Assist technicians with material prep Assemble basic components as directed Clean, maintain, and organize shop areas Maintain shop tools and equipment in good working order Load and unload company vehicles Deliver materials to job sites as needed Pick up parts from vendors Secure and properly handle equipment during transport Record job names on all outgoing materials Maintain receiving logs and transfer sheets Assist with basic data entry if required Keep warehouse and yard clean and hazard-free Report damaged tools, materials, or safety concerns Assist with facility upkeep Support special projects as assigned Provide backup support during busy periods
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school or GED required as well as 1 year related experience.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
State driver's license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record; forklift certification (may be obtained post-hire).

State driver's license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record; forklift certification, and Class B CDL license.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Haz Mat endorsement.
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
_x__ Basic __ Intermediate ___ Advanced Specific Programs and/or skills: Post-hire training on specialty software provided.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
