    • + 5+ years leading facilities in a
    • manufacturing environment
    • + •Strong technical experience across:•+ •Mechanical systems•+ Electrical systems + Plumbing and piping + HVAC operations + Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance + Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills + Experience with maintenance software and Microsoft Office •?
    Strong Advantage If You Have
    • + DI Water Systems, HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications + Experience with building automation or controls + Construction or facility upgrade experience + A track record of improving systems—not just maintaining them
