- + Keep the facility operating
- safe, efficient, and production-ready
- + •Lead troubleshooting across:•+ •Mechanical•+ Electrical + Plumbing + HVAC + Building systems + Drive and improve •preventive maintenance programs•+ •Oversee repairs, installs, construction projects, and upgrades•+ •Manage workflows using maintenance systems — focus on priorities that matter•+ •Coordinate vendors and internal resources to deliver consistent results•?

- + 5+ years leading facilities in a
- manufacturing environment
- + •Strong technical experience across:•+ •Mechanical systems•+ Electrical systems + Plumbing and piping + HVAC operations + Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance + Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills + Experience with maintenance software and Microsoft Office •?
- + DI Water Systems, HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications + Experience with building automation or controls + Construction or facility upgrade experience + A track record of improving systems—not just maintaining them
