$15.15 per hour Job Summary The Facility Attendant/Floater supports the day-to-day operations of the community center by assisting with setup, cleaning, light maintenance, and customer service tasks as needed. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to step in where help is needed to ensure the facility is safe, clean, and welcoming for community members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with opening, closing, and monitoring the community center during events or daily operations. Set up and take down tables, chairs, and equipment for activities and events. Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and event spaces as needed. Provide general customer service by greeting visitors and answering basic questions. Support staff with event coordination, program activities, or administrative tasks as assigned. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth facility operations. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in custodial, facility support, or customer service roles a plus. Ability to work independently, stay flexible, and adapt to changing needs. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and moving equipment. Reliable transportation to and from the community center in Bagdad, AZ. Availability for varied shifts, including evenings or weekends, depending on facility needs.
