Our office in Tucson, AZ has an immediate opening for a Facilities Supervisor reporting to the Facilities Director.
Primary responsibilities:
Manage vendor roster to include contracts, RFl's, RFQ's, and insurance requirements. Maintain facilities infrastructure including HVAC, mechanical, electrical lighting, plumbing, landscaping, and other building systems effectively. Manage and oversee facilities construction projects from concept to build. Maintain, implement, and oversee facilities budgets. Manage facilities movements to include staff office set ups, equipment transportation, and other logistical needs. Manage and oversee facilities staff to ensure quality and effective success. Provide maintenance and repair services. High School Diploma; 2+ years of experience; or equivalent U.S Citizenship required. Ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance or currently have an active Top-Secret Clearance. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. The employee must frequently grasp, lift and /or move items over 25 pounds. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
