• What will you be doing in this role?
• The Facility Coordinator I is responsible for general maintenance and equipment repair for the Cedars-Sinai Medical Network to include multiple facilities including Robertson, Wilshire, La Cienega, Cedars-Towers and other sites as required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities + Provides basic building maintenance and repair to include: plumbing maintenance and drain repair; electrical and lighting system repair; furniture and office equipment repair; wall cover repair to include painting and texturing, etc. Advanced level maintenance and repairs will generally be performed by the Facility Coordinator II. + May assist with maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. + May coordinate and schedule contractors' services when scope of work requires outside services. + Assists in the disposition and control of inventories allocated to warehouse storage. + Provides minor janitorial support as necessary for the sanitary delivery of clinical services. + Coordinates room set-up and preparation for meetings and other events. + Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Job qualifications Education + High School Diploma/GED required + A.

A. degree or Trade Tech School graduate preferred Work Experience + 2-5 years progressive level experience in building maintenance and equipment repair; knowledge and possession of hand and/or power tools necessary to perform routine maintenance operations preferredCedars-Sinai is an EEO employer.
