Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Facilities Associate to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, that involves light to moderate physical labor and working each day in a fast-paced agriculture environment maintaining the facility's cleanliness. The associate will also help fellow team members as needed in a variety of facility, operational, and cultivation tasks. the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: Duties Maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility each day. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a daily folder and task list. Cleaning the bathrooms and break room areas weekly. Lifting, bending, and carrying light to moderate loads. Wearing protective garments over clothes as required. Assisting other team members as needed each day. Parking lot maintenance. • The Associate must have excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and report on maintenance activities effectively.
