Studio Facility Coordinator

Facility & Cleanliness Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facility & Cleanliness Specialist to help maintain the pristine appearance and functionality of our wellness studio. You will be responsible for ensuring all spaces, including the sauna, plunge areas, and common areas, are spotless, organized, and welcoming. This role includes assisting with room changes between classes, restocking supplies, cleaning hot/cold plunge areas, and ensuring all spaces meet pristine standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will directly impact our client experience and help us create a serene, healing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean and sanitize all areas of the studio, including saunas, cold plunge areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Ensure all studio equipment is organized and ready for use.
• Monitor and restock common areas as needed.
• Report any facility maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
