is the place for you! Keslow Camera is a rental house that provides camera systems for feature films, television shows, commercials, and other various media outlets. Keslow Camera is looking for a Facilities Specialist for the Culver City office who will support the overall image and cleanliness of our facility and to facilitate on-going maintenance projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as the primary respondent to any building issues (spills, damages, and repairs) Observe and maintain cleanliness inside and outside of buildings Vacuum, sweep, dust, and mop flooring and stairs Clean and sanitize bathrooms Wipe sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break room Restock supplies in bathrooms, break room, and common areas Empty all trashcans and replace liners, cleaning receptacles as necessary Dust and clean office desks and furniture Clean windowsills and windows Set up and tear down of company events Properly label, dilute, and use all cleaning chemicals Handyman skills (replace light bulbs, replace door knobs, mount picture frame, other repair tasks as assigned) Fast learning abilities as well as excellent levels of communication. Ability to work alone or as at team Strong Attention to detail as it relates to cleaning, organizing and maintaining our facilities Must take initiative in tasks at all times without waiting to be instructed. Must be available for work on Saturdays & overtime as needed by the department

Qualifications:

2+ years of facilities maintenance experience Exceptional internal customer service skills (courteous, responsive and resourceful) Knowledge of standard methods, practices, and equipment of the facilities cleaning industry Demonstrate a "can-do" positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

Lifting up to 40-50 lbs. of cases and/or equipment Sitting, walking and standing for long periods of time
