Your New Company You'll be joining a leading global provider of integrated facilities and workplace solutions, supporting a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients. Your New Role Take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations Lead, coach, and develop account teams to drive high performance and engagement Hold full accountability for financial performance, including P&L management Identify and deliver growth opportunities across existing accounts, including additional services and projects Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and engagement Contribute to business development activities, including bids, presentations, and client solutions Assist in the mobilization of new contracts, ensuring smooth transitions into operations Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and business performance What You'll Need to Succeed 8+ years of relevant experience within facilities management, operations, or similar environments Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or multi-client portfolios Strong commercial awareness with proven P&L management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure Strong Facilities management technical understanding What You'll Get in Return $200-$210k + bonus Benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO & more.
