Building Maintenance Specialist - Bishop Hoffman Catholic School - Sacred Heart Campus, Fremont

The School Building Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and efficient operation of the school facilities and athletic complexes. Reporting directly to the Director of Maintenance, this position works collaboratively with the building principal, head of school, and administrative staff. The role involves both hands-on maintenance work and coordination with outside vendors to support the school's building and grounds needs.

Top Qualifications:

Previous experience in building or facilities maintenance preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of building systems, grounds upkeep, and athletic complex maintenance is a must. Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events and committee meetings.
