Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated House Manager Assistant to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. In this vital role, you will promote independence, ensure safety, and enhance the quality of life for those under your care. Whether working in a private home, assisted living facility, or group home, your positive attitude and attentive care will make a meaningful difference every day. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with diverse populations, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those experiencing memory loss or developmental challenges. A patient, compassionate, and detail- oriented person who can work with elderly, disabled,or emotionally upset individuals Duties Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote comfort and dignity Monitor patient health by checking vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature regularly Support medication administration following proper procedures and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and sanitation practices Observe and document changes in patients' conditions, behaviors, or symptoms for care plans and communication with healthcare teams Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident's (a placeholder for resident-specific needs) to assist with mobility and prevent injury during transfers Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive environment for residents or clients Follow established care plans meticulously while adapting to individual needs and preferences Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, social workers, families, and team members to deliver comprehensive care. ( Bilingual preferred ) We are also hiring Caregiver's Skills Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes with a focus on senior care or disability support Knowledge of first aid, CPR certification, and emergency response procedures to handle urgent situations confidently Familiarity with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Strong patient observation skills to detect changes in condition or behavior promptly Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when required Excellent communication skills for clear documentation of patient monitoring and adherence to HIPAA standards Experience assisting with medication administration and managing care plans effectively Capable of working independently while maintaining teamwork in fast-paced environments Compassionate attitude combined with patience and resilience to support vulnerable populations effectively Join us in making a difference by providing heartfelt caregiving that empowers individuals to live their best lives.
