Job DescriptionDay-to-Day Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workplace.Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and building management for facility maintenance and repairs.
Greet and assist visitors, serving as the primary point of contact for facility-related questions.
Support meeting and event logistics, including conference room scheduling and setup.
Respond to employee requests regarding workspace, access, or maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
