Facility Manager

Looking for an experienced Facility Manager for the Montclair CA Must have transportation

Pay Rate:

$30 - $40/hr Must Speak English Spanish and Chinese Weekly Pay Responsibilities Lead and support field technicians, must be able to do hand on work as needed Provide technical decision support in complex repairs Prepare and review medium-sized repair estimates Conduct ride-along and improve technician performance Support job scope accuracy and pricing logic Help establish consistent repair standards and reduce repeat service calls Requirements Minimum 5-7 years experience in property maintenance, construction, or renovation management Strong knowledge of multi-family maintenance operations Must have ability to create detailed estimates and understand labor/material pricing Experience managing technicians and subcontractors Strong communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in project management or field service software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience working with property management/maintenance companies Bilingual (English/Spanish/Chinese) Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and turnover scopes Knowledge of city permitting and inspection processes

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
