Moreno Valley, CA Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $70,000 a year 14 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Management Operations management Social service program staff supervision High school diploma or GED Hiring Driver's License Supervising experience First Aid Certification Full Job Description The Administrator is responsible for the overall management, operation, and regulatory compliance of an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) serving adults with developmental, intellectual, physical, or mental health disabilities. The Administrator ensures the facility provides a safe, supportive, person-centered environment while maintaining compliance with all applicable licensing regulations, policies, and standards. The Administrator oversees staff, resident services, financial operations, quality assurance activities, and relationships with regulatory agencies, families, healthcare providers, and community partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day facility operations and resident services. Ensure compliance with all applicable licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and resident rights requirements. Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate facility staff. Maintain staffing levels and review payroll-related documentation. Coordinate resident care plans, appointments, transportation, and support services. Serve as the primary point of contact for families, Regional Centers, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies. Maintain resident records, incident reports, personnel files, and facility documentation. Participate in licensing inspections and implement corrective action plans when necessary. Monitor facility budgets, purchasing, and operational expenses. Maintain emergency preparedness plans and respond to operational issues as needed. Promote a positive, safe, and supportive living environment for residents and staff. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience in residential care, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services. Knowledge of Adult Residential Facility (ARF) regulations and licensing requirements preferred. Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, or related populations preferred. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Ability to pass required background clearances and fingerprinting. Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Work Schedule Full-time position. Some evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability may be required to support facility operations and respond to emergencies. Preferred Qualifications Previous ARF Administrator or Program Manager experience. Experience working with Regional Centers and Individual Program Plans (IPP). Experience with staff scheduling, payroll review, compliance audits, and licensing inspections.
