Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Corporate Facilities Services Specialist to support daily facilities operations within a multi-floor corporate office environment. This role is responsible for coordinating facilities services, office moves, conference room setups, vendor support, inventory tracking, and general workplace operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, basic maintenance abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service in a professional corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prioritize facilities service requests using ticketing or request-management systems Work closely with building engineers, property management, and approved vendors to support maintenance and repairs Assist with internal office moves, furniture relocation, desk setup, and post-move organization Perform minor furniture adjustments and basic repairs using hand tools Support conference room and meeting setups, including tables, chairs, and audiovisual equipment Deliver, test, and troubleshoot conference room A/V equipment as needed Conduct routine building walkthroughs to identify cleanliness, safety, or maintenance concerns Maintain organized storage areas, inventory records, floor plans, and occupancy data Coordinate deliveries, charity pickups, and vendor access while following building procedures Monitor office supply inventory and support facilities-related reporting and invoice tracking Assist with seasonal décor installation, event support, and workspace organization Support mailroom, moving, and operational service requests across campus Lift, move, and transport boxes, furniture, and office equipment up to 50 lbs as required Maintain strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and management
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid Driver's License required Experience in facilities coordination, workplace operations, office services, or related support roles preferred Experience coordinating maintenance activities with vendors, engineers, or property management teams Familiarity with service request or ticketing systems such as ServiceNow preferred Basic understanding of office furniture systems and minor maintenance tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
