We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Sr. Construction Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at the client site in Ontario, CA you will report directly to the Program Manager and will work alongside other Client project managers and facility operators. You will be responsible to work with the Client, Architect and General Contractor for the overall project delivery, including the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You will manage and provide construction oversight and facilitate resolution to complex construction project related issues, disputes and disagreements. As the onsite Owners Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you'll help our team achieve the Client's objectives. Here's what you'll need Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture 15+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager managing large programs in excess of $60 million Airport Facilities experience Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
