Quality Assurance/Facility manager Path of Purpose Pasadena, CA Job Details Full-time $23 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Operational analysis Teamwork Attention to detail Organizational skills Process management Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance / Facility Manager to ensure that operations meet all quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role focuses on compliance monitoring, performance improvement, audits, and staff training to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying gaps in service delivery, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor operations and services to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards Conduct audits of records and documentation for accuracy and compliance Identify gaps in performance and develop quality improvement plans Analyze operational and performance data and prepare reports for leadership Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies and procedures Investigate incidents and complaints; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions Provide training to staff on quality, compliance, and improvement processes Collaborate with leadership and staff to improve outcomes and operational efficiency Participate in quality assurance and safety meetings and initiatives Stay current on regulatory requirements and best practices Must have direct interaction and engagement with clients as part of their responsibilities. Must maintain a working knowledge of all company homes and facilities, not just their assigned location, to ensure consistent support and operational awareness across programs. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, healthcare, or facility operations preferred Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Experience with audits, reporting, and process improvement Knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational standards preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or with teams Preferred Nursing or healthcare background a plus Experience with CPHQ, CPPS, or related certifications Background in facility management or regulated environments Skills Strong attention to detail and critical thinking Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to analyze data and implement improvements Knowledge of compliance and quality systems Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

$23.00 per hour
