The successful candidate will bring extensive experience managing complex building systems such as chillers, building automation systems (BAS), fire/life safety, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) infrastructure. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate engineering operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of projects Support the Director of Facilities in managing site infrastructure, maintenance, and capital improvement projects Manage landscaping contractors on engineering-related projects, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met. Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to align project goals, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards Manage and maintain the work order system, ensuring timely response, tracking, and resolution of service requests Update and maintain various reports related to operations, maintenance, project status, and performance metrics What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
