This is a working leadership role — not a desk-only position. The Assistant Administrator will support staffing, compliance, and daily operations while working directly with residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Support daily operations in compliance with Title 17 & Title 22 regulations Assist in supervising, training, and holding Direct Support Professionals accountable Help manage staff schedules and ensure proper coverage at all times Oversee and audit documentation, including: Daily progress notes Medication Administration Records (MARs) Special Incident Reports (SIRs) Staff and client files Support residents with ADLs, behavior plans, and independence goals Monitor and manage Personal & Incidental (P&I) funds Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and compliant Assist with medical appointments and follow-up care Respond to incidents and ensure proper reporting procedures Participate in on-call rotation

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) or similar setting Minimum 1 year supervisory or lead staff experience

DSP I & DSP II CPR

/ First Aid CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)

Preferred:
