We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager/Handyman to support our clients and ensure our facility is maintained to the highest level. The successful candidate will be a " Jack of all Trades " with demonstrable experience and knowledge of: Drywall Repair Painting Light Electrical Plumbing With a strong "get it done!" with a smile work ethic Duties include: Ensuring premises are kept looking great at all times Assembly and Hanging of mirrors, shelves, cabinets and other items. Light electrical Light drywall repair and texture Painting Light plumbing repairs Work with vendors to complete repairs and maintenance on time and on budget. Supervise Janitorial/Concierge Staff Assist co-workers as needed. You'll work in a clean, comfortable environment with nice people. Hours are Monday through Friday 6am to 2:30pm We offer a competitive compensation package including: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance 401(k) plan with 100% employer match on your first 6% of contribution.
