40 Hours/Week Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator responsible for managing critical building infrastructure in a high-demand operational environment. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient performance of essential facility systems including HVAC, boilers, steam, electrical, water, and compressed air systems. The position requires a hands-on leader who can oversee preventive maintenance programs, respond to system failures, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Manage HVAC, boilers, steam, electrical, water, compressed air systems Develop preventive & predictive maintenance programs Monitor system performance and operational risks Respond to equipment failures and troubleshooting Ensure uptime of critical operations Maintain OSHA compliance and safety standards Manage vendors, contractors, and service agreements Handle maintenance budgets and capital projects Coordinate equipment installation and upgrades Maintain inspection and maintenance documentation Support audits and regulatory compliance Work hands-on with maintenance teams when required Ensure operational excellence and accountability Required Qualifications 5+ years facilities/plant/industrial maintenance experience Strong HVAC, boiler, electrical, mechanical systems knowledge Preventive maintenance program experience Vendor & contractor management experience OSHA & safety compliance knowledge Ability to work in 24/7 environment High school diploma or GED required For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
