Facilities Coordinator Primary Talent Partners - 4.5 Santa Clara, CA Job Details Contract $21 - $22 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy Task prioritization Full Job Description Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Facilities Coordinator with our commercial real estate client in Santa Clara, CA. This is a 6-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay:
$21.00 - $22.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.Schedule:

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. Monitoring Outlook inbox in morning and throughout the day, responding to emails Creating, closing out and reassigning Work orders Running reports Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders. File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors on Sharepoint Data entry - assist with review of asset information, cross referencing information in CMMS to verify and validate May assist with Issuing Purchase Orders and clearing invoices Ad Hoc requests Follow instructions, short correspondence, meeting minutes, and ask clarifying questions. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.Years of Experience needed:

Facilities Experience (Basic knowledge, but MEP equipment knowledge preferred) Computer Efficient Great communicator & Personable Multitasker & Self starter Team player Can work in fast paced environment with large volume of work.
