Director, Facility Management Red Bull North America United States, California, Santa Monica Apr 14, 2026 EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate facilities management or a closely related function.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated success managing distributed teams and multiple facilities, with a track record of improving operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and financial performance, including budgeting and reporting.
Strong judgment and the ability to multitask, anticipate issues, set priorities, and deliver practical solutions.
A clear, confident, and proactive communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels-from frontline staff to senior executives-as well as external vendors; strong business writing skills are required.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documents.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with particular emphasis on Excel.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar applications; experience with BIM is an advantage.
Experience using building work order systems and/or facilities management software.
Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish and additional languages are a plus.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as required.
