Job Description

Project & Facilities Coordinator Pay:
$70,000 - $80,000 per year

The Role As our Project & Facilities Coordinator, you'll be the glue that keeps projects, people, and communication moving smoothly. You'll work closely with project managers, service technicians, and customers to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a great customer experience from start to finish. If you're organized, proactive, enjoy multitasking, and like being the go-to person who makes things happen, you'll feel right at home here. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Maintain strong customer relationships for assigned clients Manage and support all phases of multiple construction and facilities projects Coordinate and maintain service technician schedules Act as a liaison between customers and project managers Close out work orders accurately and in a timely manner Update all custom internal platforms within 24-48 hours Receive, process, and log shipments and deliveries of parts and materials Obtain approvals for customer quotes and bids Handle internal NTE (Not-to-Exceed) requests Research, prepare, and create customer quotes and bids Participate in customer job walks as needed Participate in after-hours rotation as required Manage overnight schedules, projects, and/or work orders Proactively reach out to customers regarding additional business opportunities Perform other duties as assigned
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
