Facilities Manager Palo Alto, CA Salary
  • $115,000
  • $140,000 DOE with strong benefits Monday
  • Friday 7-4 or 8-5 We're hiring a Facilities Manager to support a growing regulated manufacturing environment that includes assembly, R D/lab space, and corporate offices.
This is a highly visible role focused on keeping the workplace safe, efficient, compliant, and employee-friendly while supporting critical day-to-day operations. This person will oversee facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, fire/life safety systems, vendor management, preventive maintenance, space planning, and infrastructure projects. The role will also partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the facility supports productivity, collaboration, and operational growth.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of facilities management in a regulated manufacturing environment Hands-on knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, fire/life safety Experience with mixed-use sites
  • manufacturing, lab/R D, and office Strong vendor and contractor management skills Medical device, pharma, or biotech experience a strong plus Familiarity with FDA environments, GMP, and
ISO 13485
preferred CFM, FMP, or similar certification a bonus
