In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring that youth receive high-quality care and supervision in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. The Facility Manager provides leadership and support to Direct Care Staff, assists with program planning, and helps maintain compliance with all agency policies and state regulations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, trauma-informed, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth while guiding and mentoring a dedicated care team. Due to the 24/7 nature of our residential program, candidates must be flexible and available to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Responsibilities Support the Administrator with daily operations at the assigned facility. Apply the "Reasonable and Prudent Parenting Standard" to decisions about youth participation in activities, following rules, laws, and procedures, when the Administrator is not present. Work with the Administrator to train, support, and guide care staff, ensuring proper care and supervision for all assigned youth. Directly supervise youth as needed. Oversee the daily schedule of activities. Ensure all direct care staff at the assigned facility comply with Education For Life policies and procedures. Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment. Report to the Administrator and make recommendations for ongoing quality improvements. Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
