In this contract position, you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing apartment units across multiple properties. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic real estate environment, ensuring high-quality living spaces for residents.

Responsibilities:

Prepare apartment units for new residents by completing turnover tasks efficiently. Address maintenance requests in a timely manner, ensuring resident satisfaction. Diagnose and repair issues across various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used. Travel between multiple properties to familiarize yourself with each community's layout and systems. Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with building codes during all tasks. Collaborate with external vendors for specialized repair services when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and team members. Supply and maintain a personal toolbox equipped for a wide range of maintenance tasks. Previous experience in residential or apartment maintenance. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues. Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively. Reliable transportation to commute between multiple property locations. Must own and maintain personal hand and power tools. Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques and multifamily property systems. Knowledge of safety procedures and building code compliance.
