This is a temporary part-time role through approximately July, based out of our Temecula headquarters. If you enjoy coordinating projects, solving problems, and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.

Our facilities team supports everything from new venue construction to ongoing maintenance across our properties, and this role plays a key part in keeping those projects organized and on track. What you'll do: Coordinating maintenance and repair requests from our venue leadership teams Organizing and tracking vendor requests and maintenance tickets Helping maintain a company-wide calendar of construction projects and repairs Assisting with billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up for construction projects Tracking maintenance work and project progress across all venues Handling incoming calls and communications with professionalism and urgency Processing invoices and coordinating with the Accounting team for timely payments Scheduling meetings, calls, travel, and appointments for senior leadership Supporting additional projects and administrative needs as they arise This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces at once. We're looking for someone who brings: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfort handling high call volume and multiple requests Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of administrative experience Experience in construction, facilities, or a similar industry is a plus Basic familiarity with construction processes or blueprints preferred Enough about you; this is what you need to know about us: We're a family-owned business that's been revolutionizing the wedding industry since 1986.
