Facilities Support (4/10 Schedule) Yorba Linda, CA Pay rate $40-45/hr on w2 Duration•12 Months Client•Aerospace & Defense About the Role Join our dynamic team at 22745 Savi Ranch Parkway as a Facilities Support professional. Work in a supportive, safety-focused environment on a convenient 4/10 schedule (four 10-hour days), ensuring facility operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a contract role with immediate impact and the opportunity to expand your facilities management skills. Responsibilities Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on facility equipment and grounds Conduct routine inspections of fire safety systems, facility grounds, and physical structures Execute basic carpentry, repairs, and maintenance on structural elements Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, walls, and floors Coordinate with vendors for contracted maintenance and repairs Operate ladders and lifts safely Maintain compliance with industrial health and safety standards (NFPA, DOT, ANSI, OSHA) Complete documentation using MS Office and computer-based systems Required Skills and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 4 years of facilities maintenance experience (or 2-year degree with 0-2 years related experience) Proficient in computer use and MS Office applications Strong knowledge of safety regulations and facility operations Ability to develop job-specific skills and knowledge Preferred Skills Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as Faciliworks Relevant OSHA, NFPA, or EPA certifications HVAC, plumbing, or electrical certifications Benefits Work-life balance with a 4/10 schedule Exposure to advanced facilities and equipment Supportive, safety-first work culture Opportunities for skill development and career growth How to Apply Ready to advance your facilities career?
