$50,000 - $60,000
Workdays:
varies (expected to work during all Front Range weekend services)
Work Hours:
flexible day and evening hours Reports to: Executive PastorPosition ResponsibilitiesPrepare building for the Weekend Experience, weekday ministry events and other meetings, conferences, weddings/funerals, and other church eventsEnsure scheduled areas are set/cleared for building use as assignedEnsure all scheduled event areas are in excellent, clean conditionSet up venue per event request and ensure all resources are set up as requested; tables, chairs, trash cans, etcProvide essential maintenance services for the church grounds and buildingsIncluding but not limited to: changing light bulbs, changing filters, and other routine maintenance itemsProvide janitorial services as neededProvide grounds clean up as required; mowing, landscaping, grounds upkeep, etc.

Perform spot cleaning or remedial repairs if neededOversee calendar for building usage and manage building event requests and communication. Maintain inventory of custodial supplies, equipment and furnishingsRecruit and train Facilities volunteersOversee building access schedules for building needsSnow removal from sidewalksOther duties as assignedPosition QualificationsMinimum QualificationsFollower of Jesus and aligns with Front Range Churchs essential beliefs and leadership covenantHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of related experienceAbility to multitask and problem solveSelf-motivated, ability to work independently as well as in a team settingAbility to physically clean and operate cleaning equipmentPreferred QualificationsMechanical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing systemsAbility to select and oversee qualified contractors when needed for repairsTechnical aptitude for operating systems, including climate control, alarm systems, scheduling, data base and other tools as assignedProficient in Microsoft Office productsPhysical DemandsOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the likeOccasional repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingersOccasional operating machinery and/or power toolsOccasional working in outdoor elements such as precipitation and windOccasional working in noisy environmentsOccasional light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directionsOccasional medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directionsOccasional stacking and unstacking chairs (approximately 20 pounds each) in stacks of 10 or less recblid ukxyv25e700hs9uwajsoosbv7gsb25
