We partner with clients to deliver seamless building activations, relocations, and operational readiness for complex environments — including laboratories, federal projects, and high-performance workplaces. PROVEN Management is seeking a Facilities Experience Manager to support the successful occupancy and ongoing operation of a new Denver building. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless user experience, high-quality building delivery, and readiness of all facility systems and spaces at move-in and beyond. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a genuine passion for interiors, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Onsite presence in Denver is required daily. Coordinate Emergency Lab Communication System implementation Lead Phase 1 assessment and recommendations for cell phone DAS/booster system Oversee gas cylinder storage racks for centralized storage and required fire separation (flammable/oxidizer) Validate and track electrical and hardwired equipment in coordination with electricians and construction teams Support voltage, safety, and compliance requirements Implement building-wide trash and recycling program, including desk-side cans Standardize waste streams (landfill, recycling, e-waste, secure shred) and coordinate with vendors Establish disposal infrastructure and align ongoing services Manage building signage and wayfinding for labs, offices, conference rooms, and shared spaces Ensure emergency and compliance signage (e.g., evacuation maps) is in place Coordinate with branding and design teams for visual consistency Oversee A/V setup and functionality for conference and collaboration spaces Coordinate workplace technology in partnership with IT Ensure usability and support readiness at move-in Set up supply areas ("supply nooks"), storage, and shared operational spaces Coordinate printer/plotter rooms and shared equipment areas Manage general workplace readiness items (dispensers, functional support elements) Plan shared resources such as library/resource rooms and material consolidation Optimize space for labs, offices, and common areas post-occupancy 7+ years of facilities, workplace operations, or building management experience Demonstrated passion for interiors and workplace design Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent vendor management and cross-functional coordination abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work onsite in Denver daily
Salary Range:
$65.000 - $85.000 annually, commensurate with experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Applications accepted through May 31. 2026
