Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a visionary leader committed to delivering high-quality resident care and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Develop and implement strategic plans to improve quality of care, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and competent team Ensure financial sustainability by managing budgets, billing, and cost control measures Foster a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement among staff and residents Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive resident care Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement best practices to enhance service delivery

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Director or similar leadership role within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing facilities Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred Valid state licensure or certification as required by local regulations
