Director of Quality Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility Location:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday (with on-call leadership responsibilities)
Pay Range:

What You'll Do As the Director of Quality , you will oversee the quality and compliance programs that ensure exceptional patient outcomes and regulatory excellence.
You will:
Lead facility-wide quality improvement initiatives and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body standards. Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures for continuous improvement. Collect, analyze, and report data on clinical outcomes, patient safety, and service quality. Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative leadership to implement best practices. Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Oversee risk management, incident reporting, and corrective action planning. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, or performance improvement (behavioral health experience preferred). Knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, and state behavioral health regulations . Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Must be 21 years or older. Why Join Us?
