  • Skilled Nursing Facilities (New Haven Area) We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing for Skilled Nursing Facilities in the New Haven area.
The ideal candidate already has established relationships and connections within the Yale hospital system and understands the skilled nursing/rehab industry inside and out. This is a hands-on position for someone who is personable, driven, and knows how to build census through strong hospital and community relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and physicians Conduct facility tours for families and referral sources Build and strengthen referral relationships throughout the New Haven market and surrounding hospitals Work closely with admissions teams to help drive census growth Represent the facilities professionally within the community and healthcare network Identify and develop new referral opportunities
Qualifications:
Skilled nursing facility marketing/admissions experience
REQUIRED
Existing hospital relationships strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to connect with families, patients, and healthcare professionals Motivated, organized, and results-driven
Compensation:
Starting salary between $75,000
