Pay Range:
$90K - $120 Striden is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations, space planning, and vendor management.
Job Duties:
Drive the daily performance of a large, fast-moving office environment, overseeing renovations, relocations, AV/VC tech, security, and facility upkeep. Lead all procurement activity, securing high-value vendor partnerships and negotiating competitive contracts and equipment leases. Provide seamless delivery of mailroom, shipping/receiving, kitchen/conference room hospitality serrvices. Serve as the go-to partner for building management, coordinating maintenance, construction, and tenant improvement initiatives. Champion workplace safety by enforcing OSHA standards and cultivating a secure, efficient environment. Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of 3 facilities professionals to deliver exceptional service. Shape the organization's footprint through strategic long- and short-term space planning. Scout, evaluate, and negotiate commercial office leases that align with organizational growth and operational needs. Lead competitive RFP cycles, assessing bids and selecting top-tier architects, contractors, and service providers. Requirements Bachelor's degree, Business Administration or a related discipline. 5 - 10 plus years of facilities management experience, including leading projects and high-performing teams. Deep expertise in commercial building operations, space planning, renovations, and security programs. Proven track record negotiating complex leases and contracts Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder with strong leadership presence. Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management ticketing platforms.
