In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the overall success of the facility. Your leadership will inspire your team, foster a vibrant community atmosphere, and maintain high standards of safety, service, and facility management. Primary focus for this position is sales. You will be required to call any and all leads within 5 minutes of them coming in, booking them for a free swing evaluation, then performing the evaluation to sell them on a hitting membership.
